About Elif :
She is an artist and a holistic awareness and transformation guide, holding a degree in Painting from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University.
With a trauma- and awareness-informed approach, she supports individuals in their inner transformation journeys, guiding them toward a more heartfelt and authentic way of being through shamanic healing, self-inquiry, and energy-based practices.

She began her transfomation in 2002 in New York, where she received her Reiki attunement.
In 2006, she completed a three-year training program at the BlueStone Institute for Healing Arts, founded by Native American healer George Kamana Hunter.
During this time, she had the opportunity to study and experience both ancient and contemporary healing approaches rooted in the lineage of Rosalyn Bruyere.
Throughout these years, she engaged in a wide range of modalities—including Gestalt, Core Energetics, Craniosacral Therapy, Art Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Vipassana meditation retreats—deepening her own inner transformation while exploring diverse therapeutic and healing traditions.

Since 2008, she has spent periods of each year in immersive retreats with Native traditions, participating in purification ceremonies, Earth-based rituals, and vision quests in the wilderness, continuing to embody and transmit these ancient ways through direct experience.
In 2013, she was invited as a direct apprentice to join Patricia White Buffalo’s three-year Shamanic Practitioner and Transformation training in France. Following her graduation, she joined the teaching team of the program.
In May 2024, she completed the one-year Compassionate Inquiry® professional training developed by Dr. Gabor Maté.

She is currently continuing her studies in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), focusing on nervous system and developmental trauma, while also participating in the Awareness Intensive self-inquiry training process.

The foundation of her work is rooted in the integration of years of experience, ancient wisdom, and contemporary therapeutic approaches. Her practice supports alignment on emotional, physical, and spiritual levels, creating space for the release of patterns and energies that no longer serve.

In 2021, she initiated a three-year transformational program called The Path of the Eagle. Through this program, she shares her work with students who wish to deepen on this path.
She currently offers individual sessions, group work, ritual-based transitions, and healing and transformation retreats in Turkey.

Shamanic Healing and Awareness
This work is grounded in supporting harmony between mind, body, and spirit, inviting them to function as an integrated whole.
Many of the emotional, mental, and physical challenges we experience can be understood as signals from the body and consciousness, calling for awareness and integration.
Through a trauma-informed approach that includes shamanic healing, self-inquiry, and energy work, this practice supports the transformation of stored emotional patterns, energetic blockages, and survival responses held in the nervous system. Developmental trauma—often rooted in early life experiences—can shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and life, influencing patterns of disconnection, anxiety, or limitation in adulthood.
Self-inquiry and awareness are central to this work.
By turning inward with presence and curiosity, individuals begin to recognize unconscious patterns, reconnect with their inner truth, and create space for new ways of being.
From a shamanic perspective, experiences of trauma may also lead to soul loss—a fragmentation of parts of the self as a way to cope. Heart-to-Heart Healing and Shamanic Practices offer support in meeting and transforming experiences of trauma, grief, addiction, anxiety, and emotional or physical challenges.
Through practices such as soul retrieval, lost parts are gently welcomed back, restoring a sense of wholeness, vitality, and connection.
This supports emotional healing, grounding, and self-awareness, guiding individuals toward alignment with their authentic path.
It opens space for resilience, creative expression, and a deeper capacity to give and receive love.
Elif invites a reconnection with one’s life purpose, nurtures healthy relationships, and supports the cultivation of self-trust, self-love, and self-compassion.
As this journey unfolds, one begins to reclaim personal power, move beyond survival patterns, and reconnect with the deeper truth of who they are—allowing their dreams, vitality, and creative energy to emerge more fully.
